COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This NW style sour is a crisp, refreshing wheat beer that was barrel-aged for seven months then additionaly aged with strawberries for another eight months. Bright, sweet strawberries and light candy notes greet you in the nose. A light tartness and berry sweetness intermingle on the palate, giving way to a light, sparkling fresh berry tartness in the finish. It is better as a breakfast beer or a dessert? You decide.

Pour a murky reddish orange, with some fizzy white bubbles as head. Aroma is really farty right off the pour. Aroma of barnyard funk, horseblanked covered in sour unripe Wild strawberries, lemon, lime peel, earth/dirt, straw, slight hay, Minerals, iron. Hmm, pretty darn interesting. Taste is pretty sour up front, but has some fruity sweetness to it. My burbs tastes like this smells - like old cucumber farts. Medium bodied, with a pretty fizzy carbonation. Thanks dr. Hoprider

Dégustée chez Alexandre Mathieu. Thanks man!

RBAG ’15, 750ml brown bottle. Unclear and murky yellow pour. Just a few white bubbles on top. Nose has funky strawberries and some tartness. Taste has tart lemon, vinegar and mild strawberry fruits. Didn’t love this, but it was interesting.

Only down side is huge money for this 750 bottle....forty bucks ouch. Never the less worth it as it has so much going on. Huge strawberry aroma off the start. Poured rose red. Light head. Flavors of everything, from hay, barnyard sweet strawberries and ending of very tart acids. After all that the strawberries cruise back in for the finish line. A+

On tap at the barrel house in Portland. Pours hazy golden tinted with ruby with an off-white head. Aroma of strawberries, some sourness, light oak, and some pale malts. Flavor the same. Average texture. A pretty good beer.

Place is great for their fruit wild stuff. Big huge strawberries with some oak and strawberry wine characteristics. Some breads yeast and Brett. Excellent brew.
