Bottle thanks to a trade. Pours a hazy light dull red with a pinkish head that dissipates quickly and completely. Aroma has a nice light tart strawberry with a bit of underlying sour and acid note. Flavor starts with a nice slightly tart strawberry note that grows to be a quite acidic finish.

A - Slightly hazy orange with a bit of red and a finger of frothy off-white head. Fades normal.
S - Sweet grainy malts, fresh tart strawberries and other berries, oak, vanilla, funky Brett and some other sour yeasts, lactic acid, lemon zest.
T - Sweet grainy malts, tart strawberries and other berries, oak, vanilla, funky farmhouse flavors and Brett and some other sour yeasts, lactic acid, lemon zest.
M - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Smooth with a sour, funky, and tart finish,
D - Great sour ale. Nice balance of sour, tart, and funky.

Bottle shared with friends. Gotta love Cascade sours! They do it right! This one is straight up strawberry all around, there’s no escaping it. Good tart sour flavor as well. A real jaw tickler.

Skyview Tasting, 2/23/13. Cloudy orange color. Low carbonation. Light strawberry aroma and flavor, and there is a sour fruit flavor as well. Good.

Poured from a 750 ml bottle. Strawberry candy, sweet candy, tart, very good. The balance between sweet and sour is great.

February 23, 2013 bottle at Skyviews. Light orangish brown pour with some head that faded quickly. Aroma was fruity, wheat and sour. Taste was consistent with aroma.
