COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Falconer Flight and Centennial hops start this off with resins and spice that greet you in the nose. Centennial and Calypso hops deliver a noticeable hop bite; dry-hopping with more Calypsos leaves a lingering spice and a long hop burn on the palate. It’s time to sit back and enjoy the flight

Tap @ Cascade. Clear orange-gold pour with a persistent, short white head leaving moderate lace. Toast and biscuit nose. Medium body and carbonation. Toast, pine, lime, brown sugar and citrus rind. Nothing special here, but competent.

On tap at Cascade Tasting Room, split with Matts_Property, pours a hazy reddish orange with a small head. Aroma of resinous, spicy and fruity hops - a bit of caramel. Flavour of light fruit, dry caramel malt and light hops - doesn’t drink like an IPA. Subpar.

[Draft @ Bottleworks] Amber color with a small, white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of floral hops, pine, citrus fruits, grass, toffee, and some toasted malts. Taste of pine, citrus, toast, light tobacco, resin, and grapefruit in the finish.
