750. Pours a copper color with a very large foamy white head. Aroma shows intense spiciness. Nutmeg, cinnamon, potpourri. Some mint and even rosemary come out at warmer temps. Flavor is fairly sour with that rosemary flavor. This is certainly an out of the ordinary sour. I am not a fan of the spicy aspects of this though it is interesting.

SaeBass- why do I need to trade for Cascade? You have 2 of every one! Thanks for sharing this one. Pours caramel brown with a white head. Nose is malt, pear, white grapes, oak, and vinous fruit. Flavor is similar with malt, some sweetness, vinous fruit, grapes, tartness, vinegar, and wood. Very enjoyable beer overall.

Somehow neglected to rate previously. Bottle from a trade a ways back. Pours a blondish orange, hazy. Solid carbonation and frothy head. Nose of lemons, white wine, herbs and spice. Sour. Taste is pretty solid, rich body, no alcohol jumps through, but I draw out plenty of esters behind the brash sourness. Excellent.

Tasting at Papsø
Cloudy deep blond color; medium sized head. Herbal aroma, heather and rosemary, mild; light sourness. Sour fruity flavor, lemon, unripe plums, sour white wine. Correct bitterness, the final is quite citrusy, but somehow balanced. Well drinkable. Quite good.

cloudy orange, practically no head. nice mild sour base to some interesting aroma notes. citrus, bitterness (brett), flavor is sour, citrussy, brett, faint berries, wood. tastes really good, nice fresh winey notes from the grapes mixes very well with the sour notes, the sweeter notes balance.
