Sour grape and apple with a woody nose. Not too sour, very smooth. Well blended and mild sour grape taste. Easy to drink. Great full body to it. Thanks Dave for sharing. What a great brewey! Buy this anytime

Thanks to Jerc & Mabel. Appearance: Cloudy bright yellow, tiny white head. Aroma: sour! Lemon, oak, weirdly tangerine like, incredibly acidic. Flavour: lemon sherbet, reminded me of when I was a kid and you’d lick your finger and dip it into kool aid powder. Deliciously tangy & fruity. Long sour finish.

(750ml courtesy of tai4ji2x!). Pours cloudy orange with white head. Aroma of sour apples. Taste is sour, but there is so much body to this. I get concord grapes and it has some of the texture to it. A very delicious beer.

Bottle at Super Sour Sunday at Triple Rock. Pours a clear copper with a small white head that leaves pretty much no lacing on the glass. Aroma is a light funk and some chardonnay with some light yeast. Initial taste is tart lemon followed by white grapes and oak. A dry, tart finish with medium astringency. Light body. Medium carbonation.

Cloudy golden color with a small foamy head. Aromas of yeast, pears, peaches and lemon. Flor is nicely tart, with lots of lemon coming through. Velvety mouthfeel.

750 ml. Poured a murky orangish color with a nice white head. Very refreshing sour beer. Not over the top but very nice. I will seek out again.

Appearance: pours with a minimal musty head then immediately disappears. Can hear the crackling of acidity as the head dies. Orange and amber sap hues. Slow stream of bubbles from bottom of glass to top.
Nose: sour and funk. Raw fresh polished leather. Dandelion pollen and flower pollen in general. White flower petals. Plum and pear skins. Raw apple pulp with stems for sweet and tannic. Grape dregs pressed, pulped, and steeping in their own residual juices; grappa. Honeycomb and cereal gains. Kiwi and starfruit.
Palate: ohmygawd! Sweet than chewy, a little meaty, then a long tart tannic finish, leaving my body tingling from the tip of my tongue on into my chest. Plums, white grapes, pears, kiwi, starfruit, all green and tart. Coconut shavings. Love the chewiness of pulped fruit flesh in the back which mingles with honeyed breads. Sticky lips. Must, leather, and old houses follow the finish and taint my breath. Amazing.
Final Thoughts: wow and wow. Put a Belgian label on it and no one would know the difference. I personally count myself super lucky to live in this fantastically evolving and growing world of real beer with real taste. Diversity is the spice of life.

Poured into a tulip. Big thanks to DaveJanssen for a chance to try this. 3.0 A: Pours a slightly hazed radiant yellow brown. Two fingers of fizzy white head die off quickly like a can of Coke. 4.0 S: Woody vanilla and Chardonnay strike first. There’s also a cinnamon-like spiciness along with a touch of pepper. Green apple, lemon, and of course white grape fruitiness. Acids on minimal. 4.5 T: Wood and vanilla again are most easily identifiable again. Sour apple, lemon, hay, sour white grapes come next. Lactic acid makes a moderately strong appearance. Spiciness is a touch of pepper and perhaps a smaller touch of clove. Very nice with a reasonable amount of sourness and low astrigency. 4.0 M: Light body. Good amount of carbonation that tickles the tongue. Smooth, but could be a bit creamier. 4.5 D: Complementarily complex and tasty. Good beer. Not overly sour, but just well made with a good recipe.
