2011 project. AWESOME beer right here. Opaque light goldish orange color. Lots of grapey white wine of the nose with lacto underlying... smells like sparkling grape juice. Tastes of fresh grape juice, apples, a little lemon, and lacto, not overly sour, nice and balanced. I’ve only had 3 Cascade sours but this is my favorite so far.

Draft at Pizzeria Paradiso Georgetown. Poured a hazy deep orange color with a very small off-white head. Aroma was sharp sour notes, light fruit. Tart, sour, sweet notes. Very easy to drink though, despite the harsh acid. I like Cascade beers, but they’re not very complex right after drinking a bunch of Belgian sours.

Taste: sourish, fruity, some tannins, peach skin, apricots, funky. Aftertaste: dirty, unpleasant acidity, really dirty finish, weird, tannins. Don’t like this one at all!

UPDATED: OCT 17, 2016 At BBF, a little hazy and deepish gold color, skunky aroma with some apples, fruity vinous flavor with skunky minerals hints and an oaky presence that great stronger, strong piercing sourness lots of tannins that isn’t too pleasant. Nice and interesting.
