3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle. Pours a nice dark orange color with an off white head. Aroma is of balsamic vinegar, wood, vanilla, caramel, dark fruits, cherry notes, some funk of dusty old flavors, barnyard, cellar like notes and vinous red grape notes. The flavor follows the nose with nice tart balsamic vinegar notes, dark fruits, cherry, wood, vanilla, caramel, vinous red grape notes, and the funky flavors of dusty and old notes and barnyard. The body is medium with a dry mouth feel. Overall a pretty nice Sour/Wild Ale!

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
750 ml bottle shared with Tmoney99 and the MadTree crew. Pours a hazy amber brown color with a small off white head. The aroma and flavor have big tart fruit, caramel, acidic character, apple vinegar, wood, bourbon, the sweet/sour/acidity really works with this, but the 10.6% creates warmth, solid.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 11/20
@ Cascade 16-3-9: enbart små bourbontoner och en lätt sötma gör denna lite för enkel.

Bottle: Thanks Pushkin: Chouffe glass:
This is a seriously dangerous close and subliminal copy of a perfect Belgian sour ale. Super funky and heavy bretty with an incredble fruity balanced beer.
Insanely rich! Smooth yet tart! Lots of fruits, specially orange... Just freaking awesome!
One of the best from Cascade! And they never let me down!

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle shared at RBScSG in Gothenburg. Pours murky burnt yellow with a small offwhite head that leaves some thick lacing on the glass while dissipating. Smell is malty, fruity and slightly funky with crackers, white bread, cereal, lemon juice, pineapple, guava, hay, dry soil, barnyard, white winje vinegar, lemon zest and hints of vanilla. Taste is tiny sweet, sour, fruity and tiny funky. Mouthfeel is soft, tiny dry, tart, tiny throat-burning acetic, tiny boozy and medium bodied. Finish is tiny sweet and sour with crackers, white bread, lemon juice, mango, pineapple, guava, passion fruit, hay, dry soil, barnyard, apple cider vinegar and lemon zest. Vinegar bugs me but there’s less of it in this than the Sangs we tried earlier in the tasting. nicely fruity with a subtle yet nice brett presence.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Sampled from bottle @ Hey Julien is back and Dean’s floor is moist tasting. Hazy dark orange color, average sized off-white head. Smell and taste sourness, grapes, grape peel, orangepeel, vinous, a weird underlying sweetness. Decent body and medium carbonation. Alright, but I expected more.
