COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This small beer combines Fuggle, Golding and Crystal hops with Wyeast Scottish Ale yeast and English floor-malted Pale, Munich, Chocolate, Amber and black malts into a balanced session ale. Bready toffee and caramel malt flavor blend with spicy hops and a little bite from the yeast. A lovely little beer.

Draught. Medium cloudy brown with a thin white head. Little lacing. Not much aroma, a little peat and a little sweet malt. Some toffee and caramel in the flavour, but an unpleasant Coca Cola bit in the finish.
