Aug 5, 2007 Not a bad summer ale. Very light, with some lemon to make it more refreshing. Its a lawnmower beer, but well made. Dry and not sweet at all. Slightly bitter, with lots of mineral salts.

Mar 3, 2007 A nice summer ale. Solid golden brown color with a thick white head. Very nice flavor and a hint of spices that make is a very smooth taste and even nicer aftertaste.

Sep 19, 2006 I figured I should try this before summer’s finally over. Golden/amber body with half inch offwhite head. Smells rather malty with some hop presence. Medium bodied. Sweet, hints of hop. Very drinkable beer and a decent example of the style in my opinion. I really liked it.

Jul 30, 2005 Cloudy golden color, smallish head with tight bubbles and nice effervescence. Grassy hop aroma. Hop bite in start, well carbonated, flavors of bread then citrus peel in finish. Crisp and dry. Good summer ale.

May 31, 2005 Like Carrabassett’s other beers this is a pretty average beer of it’s style. Light bodied, well balanced, and great on a hot day.
