COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
We brew our award-winning Pilsner true to style, importing the yeast and hops directly from Germany. The result; a light, crisp and clean tasting beer that is golden in color and sports the classic white foam head. This versatile beer refreshes all year-round.

Hmm, maybe this brewer is not consistent, but the 3 I had in my micro brew club were very nice. True to style, although it reminded me more of a fresh Pilsner Urquell than German. Had that nice hop bite, but I didn't get much in the way of maltiness. Really enjoyed it for a Pils.

A good hoppy pilsner, i have only had three of this style and this was the best one yet. It had a really nice golden brown color with a small white head. Aroma was mostly malts with some floral hops. There was a hint of skunkyness in its maltiness. Taste was crisp and smooth had a peppery hops taste too it

Had on tap at the brewery. Very nice! Lots of malt flavor and aroma backed up by some noble hops. THis is loaded with flavor and has a moderate mouthfeel, unlike lots of american made pilsners which are bland and watery.

Golden colour. Slightly fruity (lime, mandarin) and this is probably from the Simcoe hops. Spritzy. Bready malt notes and crisp, moderate bitterness (~25 IBUs). Dry finish. Light body. A north German pils with PNW hops.

Not too bad, a good crisp flavor. A lot of generic malt flavor that is a little much for my tastes, but not too offensive. I'd drink it again if I had to.

Very light with almost no head; looks thin. Minimal, slightly sour/bitter nose; flavor more malty than hoppy (this is a Pils?), very smooth; smoothness also present in the finish. Very light fruitiness throughout; thirst-quenching and drinkable but not much of a Pils if you ask me.

An extremely malty pilsener that doesn’t have much aroma. Dry and crisp. Rather bitter in the German pilsener style.

Pours with a bright white head, that quickley goes away. Very low carbonation. Beutiful gold color. Not much to smell, but tastes is quite refreshing.
