Cloudy orange color, amost no head. Nice aroma, apples, light sourness, wood. Quite dry mouthfeel, woody and astringent, with light flavor of apples and apples skin; more astringent in the end. Raw but pleasant.

Unclear medium orange color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate apple, butter notes, vanilla, wood notes. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet with a average duration, naturel apples. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is flat. [20100911]

Hazy amber with a small off white head. Aroma had natural apples and it felt fairly dry. Dry flavor with plenty of natural apples. Finished dry. Nice.

75 cL clear bottle. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is citric apple fruity, slight rough. Sweet, citric and dry sulphorish into the finish. Crisp and genuine.

Bottled. A hazy dark golden cider with a thin white head. The aroma has notes of apples and some alcohol. The flavor is sweet with notes of apples as well as a bit of wood, leading to a tart finish.

Bottle from a Spar in Nice, shared with heavy. Poured a murky amber/red body with a tiny white head that went away fast. Acidic and sweetish nose, rotten apples, cork. Leathery sweet appley vinuous (even vinegary just a bit) taste, a bit dusty. I don’t mind the leather myself. Traditional ’nuff.
