Also good, perhaps a little too watery for a saisson but still nice and priming was also goog. Had it at the brewpub.

Cask & Larder Trois Mois Saison is a pleasant, well-balanced specimen of the style. Light sour fruit aroma coming from a deep amber pour with a white pillowy head on top. Initial taste is sour, but not so much that it makes you pucker. Finish tastes like a good red wine. Trois Mois is likely to have broader appeal than the over-the-top saisons preferred by lovers of sour beer. Very good overall.
