A collaboration cask created by Green’s Beverage Store, Terrapin Brewery and Midway Pub. It’s Terrapin Hopsecutioner with Jittery Joes coffee, vanilla beans, and coconut, then dry-hopped with Cascade.

Cask tapped @ Midway Pub in Atlanta, GA 10/12/2011. Pours a murky amber/brown, almost like muddy creek water. Just a ring of off white head and zero lacing. Smell is subdued piney hops, burnt coffee and a little sugary sweetness. The taste is initially watered down burnt coffee, and I can actually almost recognize the Jittery Joes brand within. There is also the bitter hop presence from the base Hopsecutioner, but more pine driven than I remember the original being. The coconut lingers for a bit after the sip like sweet sugary residue. The body is somewhat thin with minimal carbonation. Certainly a creative and funky attempt, but in the end was just a bit too subdued to any one flavor, and drowned out the original IPA which I like quite a bit.
