On handpump at the St Radegund, Cambridge on 29 July 2010. Very dry with lots of tannin and a touch of acidity. Low on fruit. That’s about it. I’m not averse to bone dry and tannic ciders but, without additional areas of interest, I found it a bit austere for my taste.

Cask@St. Radegund, Cambridge. Orange colour, no head. Aroma is dry apples and wood with also some mild cheesy notes. Flavour is almost exactly the same. Slightly dry palate.
