Great beer, I think they didn’t lie in what they wrote in the box. Has a fruity flavor and combined with the corch’s aroma makes it be one of my favourites.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Creamy, citrus aroma with maybe a touch of spices. Brownish gold color, not quite amber. Off white head that doesn’t last too long. The flavor is sweet, although you can tell this doesn’t use a Belgian yeast, it’s very complex for a Mexican beer. It’s very smooth with little carbonation, but with a somewhat sticky mouthfeel. A very pleasing beer.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle @ RBSG 04’ Grand Tasting
Hazy amber, well carbonated with a film of head & lacing. Aroma of sweet malts & a little yeast. The flavor is tangy with yeast, some presence of alcohol. Not too bad, not overly complex though.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Deep amber and murky with an orange-ish hue. Smooth texture; lighter than I expected, but not bad. Subtle, honey-like sweetness at first, but it kind of became sweeter with time. Mild spices and a little orange. Whiff of flowers here and there. Pleasant beer.

Orange-amber with a small off-white head. Sweet aroma very malty and fruity, pears mainly, quite chaotic. The flavor is a bit more cohesive, sweet and fruity with some slight spiciness. Medium bodied.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Sampled at Brewtopia ’04. Amber/red color with a smallish white head. Aroma of citrus and spice. Flavor was malty sweet with the alcohol standing out. Finished with a little hops, but not enough to balance it out.
