Pours straw color with a thin ring of off white bubbles and some fizziness. On opening, an intense skunkiness filled the air but thankfully subsided. Smells lightly skunked and perfumy with some appley hints. Tastes sweet like cream corn and watery with a weird bitterness on the finish.

One of the many Castel beers contract brewed in Africa. bouteille 65cl à Ouagadougou dans un maquis. Dorée claire, col blanc. Encore une simple lager typique du pays qui profite d’un alcool un peu plus relevé que d’autres bières du Burkina. Seul un peu de maïs vient sauve cette bière de l’ennuie, reste légère et sans grande saveur.
