Geschmacklich ist es weizig-säuerlich, süß, hefig fruchtig. Fazit: Gut trinkbar, zum Glück ein Weizen, das einen eigenen Geschmack hat, muss ich trotzdem nicht jeden Tag haben.

Golden pour, fairly cloudy, small white head. Banana is strong in the aroma. The taste is like it smells, with a strong addition of wheat flavor. A fairly good hefeweizen.

On tap at the brewpub in Mainz-Kastel, Germany. Pours a milky white color with an off white head. Aroma is citrus, cream and spicies. Taste is a powerful citrus and creamy malt taste. Palate is a bit tart but a well hand crafted beer.

From tap at the brewpub. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is banana fruity and slight citrusy and estery. Dry, estery and fruity banana flavoured. Bitter and estery finish.

Herber, nur sehr leicht fruchtiger Antrunk, prickelnd. Sauer, zum Ende hin etwas hefiger, recht bitter. Herber, ins bitter gehender Abgang.

Dark orange-yellow color with a beautiful creamy head. A fruity and sour aroma reaches my nose, coupled with lots of banana flavor. It starts yeasty and sour, tangy fruity. The aftertaste is sour yeasty with fruity nuances. Goes into a very sour and acidic finish, with good fruity nuances!

Bottled@Helsinki Beer Festival 2011. Slightly hazy golden colour, small white head. Aroma is wheat, fruits, some toffee and mild notes of herbs. Flavour is quite much the same in a nice balance. Not all too sweet, which makes it quite enjoyable.

Bottle at Helsinki Beer Festival 2011. Poured pale orange in color with fluffy
white head. Sweet with wheat in aroma. Also some yeasty notes. Wheat in flavour, not so much sweetness. Quite well carbonated. A bit chewy
bubblegum feeling as well.

5+ Artichoke dip - lemon and butter.
3 Cloudy straw colour
5- Wheaty, but minerally. Almost sour.
3 OK palate, soft carbonation.
9 Dunno why, but this gets the thumbs down. Too many "not good" factors.

50cl bottle @HBF 2011. Poured hazy orange with a frothy white head. Wheat and citrus in aroma. Flavor was bubblegum, candylike, yeast and banana. Really nice hefeweizen, refreshing brew.
