Clear yellow gold; yellow head with diffuse bubbles, not stable. Malty, grainy and aroma of garden herbs as chervil, parsley - or carrot’s green. Roasted/toasted taste and I’m again getting parsley, more outspoken now. Another grain but barley, hesitating to name any - buckwheat, maybe? As with another Georgian tasted beer, delayed hopbitterness. Rather fuller bodied, but empty moutfheel, very moderate alcoholburn. Sharper, metallic finish, dry. Not terrible, less harsh than some Eastern strong lagers. I wonder about this greenery flavour - some cheap local amylum source?
