Pours a hazy blonde color with a good head and good retention. The aroma is honey with a nice light spiciness and baguette just tons of fresh baked baguette. The flavor is very bready with some good yeastiness, generally dry but has a nice sweet honey flavor that kind of lingers. Really tasty stuff.

Hay/dough and herbal nose; touch floral. Well attenuated, soft luxurious body, cotton candy and honey, bready malts, light herbal hops, some grass. Finishes rather dry with a very floral bitterness. Gentle, but moderate carbonation. Just my thing. Excellent, excellent stuff.

Pours a cloudy gold with a solid white head. Very similar to saisons. Aroma is very earthy. Taste is sweet with a somewhat sour finish, hops come through nicely. Very smooth drinking. Overall I enjoyed the brew, however I would like to get a bottle and age it and see if the aroma and taste change for the better.
