Pours a hazy blonde color with a good head and good retention. The aroma is honey with a nice light spiciness and baguette just tons of fresh baked baguette. The flavor is very bready with some good yeastiness, generally dry but has a nice sweet honey flavor that kind of lingers. Really tasty stuff.

Bottle at Cafe Margot in Nashville, TN. Pours a hazy golden amber with a dissipating white head. Aroma of yeast and hay. Nice earthy mouthfeel. Flavor of honey, white pepper, grains, and clove. Yeasty and somewhat grassy finish. Solid example of the style.

Nice clear orange-yellow pour with a fluffy white head. Slightly nutty malty aroma. Flowery with mild hops. Very dry with flowery malt. Bitter finish with some hops. Very clean and refreshing.

750mL bottle, thanks to ryan. Pours a pale hazy yellow. Aroma has herbs, citrus and yeast. Taste is nice and dry, with lots of yeast and a gentle bitter hop finish. Nice beer.

Hay/dough and herbal nose; touch floral. Well attenuated, soft luxurious body, cotton candy and honey, bready malts, light herbal hops, some grass. Finishes rather dry with a very floral bitterness. Gentle, but moderate carbonation. Just my thing. Excellent, excellent stuff.

Pours a cloudy gold with a solid white head. Very similar to saisons. Aroma is very earthy. Taste is sweet with a somewhat sour finish, hops come through nicely. Very smooth drinking. Overall I enjoyed the brew, however I would like to get a bottle and age it and see if the aroma and taste change for the better.

a little thin, but sweet and a bit spicy. Flavor is a bit earthy while flavor is that of grain, farms, and banana. Like a wit, but filtered, littlesmoother, and a bit more like champagne. Bottle from Neighborhood Quick Stop on Kendall in Miami.
