Pour slightly hazy yellow, with a small fizzy white head. Aroma of cheesy yeast. And thats about that. Taste is skunky and slightly bitter. Really not much is going on. Average body, with a slightly flat carbonation.

330 ml bottle. Crystal clear golden colour. Floral and malty nose. Slightly sweet malt flavours. Caramel flavours with a buttery edge. Feels a little oxidized, but I guess that’s part of the profile. A straight forward beer which reminds me a lot of an export pilsener. Low on the hops. Appears like an industrial product. Not a favourite.

floral, citrus/elderflower, golden, clear, white foam, medium sweetness, lightly bitter, thin feel, average carbonation, abrupt Like castaleins ambree in a lot of ways - but is a more golden beer, with a nice wellknown bitterness combinated with a bit sweetnes of elderflower and a short taste of citrus... The higher alcoholprocent at 6,4% tastes very natural for the beer, and makes the beer more consistent. But not consistent enough for our taste.

Bread, leaves, alcohol. Another disappointment from Chti production. Nice floral aroma, but nothing else that one would expect from ’blonde’ beer from Belgium. It tastes almost like ale.

Test vom 27.9.2009, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 7,6,8,6,7,7 - 6,85

Golden colour. Caramel, sweet malt, lightly bready, very ripe fruit, and yeast. Decent beer.

Light, orange to straw colour with a thumb sized white head that has a thick, bubbly looking appearance.
Fruity smelling with hints of apple and pear, there is also a sort of floral smell to it and some background skunk. Not too complex smelling but a nice aroma to this one.
Fruity tasting hops and an overall sweetness along with some bitter following this. I could taste an almost cider like combination of both apples and pears with a little bitter of spice, other than that there wasn’t too much else going on here.
Medium bodied and smooth with a fruity sweetness to the beer and medium carbonation.

From the 750 in a somewhat random northern French estaminet called Diablotin. Poured a hazy golden-amber. Sweet malty nose with some floral hints. Mildly sweet with a light bitterness on lively carbonation. Struck me as nice with food but not one I’d need much of.
