Prezentacja: przejrzyste, z pływającymi mętami, jasnobursztynowe, piana bardzo dropbna, niska ale trwała;
Aromat: drożdże piekarnicze, zapach mięsa pieczonego, lekko owoców - brzoskwinia, morela;
Smak: słodki, lekko mięsny, serowy i karmelowy, z tyłu lekko belgijskie dzikie, skórzane nuty;
Odczucie: dosyć treściwe, lekko nasycone, troszkę zalepiające, krótki posmak drożdżówki z brzoskwiniami i leciutkie rozgrzewanie alkoholu w żołądku;
Ogólnie: przyjemne, "troszkę" inne piwo.

Aroma: alcohol, peaches (like from belgian yeast) and some bread and cereal. Pours clear gold with rich and white head whoch disappears quickly. Taste is mainly cereal with quite high sweetness and low bitterness with strong alcohol aftertaste. Medium bodied with high carbonation (CO2 bubbles pinches in the mouth). In my opinion very good beer, not for fast drinking. It has clear lager character and tastes like very good stron pale lager. CO2 is maybe to high.

Pours a clear straw topped by a finger or so of off-white roughly structured head showing moderate retention and lacing features. The nose is both spicy and malty with a certain grassy hoppy element in the back. The taste is again a nice combination of bready malts and doughy/spicy yeasts with a fairly round body. The alcohol is not extensively perceptible and doesn’t give it that fruity aspect that, in my opinion, would destroy the brew’s flavours pattern. The hops come through a little at the end as the brew breaks down slowly. Cheers!

Nalewane z ma?ej p?katej butelki mocno nagazowane, tworzy spor? pian?. Barwa jasna, aromat zbo?owy.

Poured in a Trappist chalice. This is a crystal yellow beer. Smells fairly good. Reminds a good Belgian blond (close to Leffe, perhaps...). Not bad for a French beer. Despite of the 6.4%, you do not feel much alcohol, which helps the drinkability. It should be a good option for a sunny day, followed by a barbecue and listening to Gainsbourg... :) [ BA Review @ 11/11/2009 ]
