Taste of roast malt, a bit of alcohol. Nothing else. No real aftertaste or anything. I actually find it a bit better than the Chti blonde, though.

Bottle. Brownish colour with a huge creamy head. Aroma and taste of malts, fruits and spices. Nice palate. Average lasting finish.

Bottle: Poured a dark brown almost black with a beige color head. Aroma is dark malt and roasted smell. Taste is a sweet caramel sugary grain malt.

Shared this one w/SkyCop32. Pours a hazy dark amber color. Aromas of sweet malt. Flavor of sweet malt(honey), alcohol tastes bigger than 6.4%. Dry finish and aftertaste.

Deep dark ruby body with a compact, lasting, light tan head. Full malt aroma with notes of broth and caramel. Medium body, smooth taste that is a little nutty, pepper, a little liquorice but not too much more.

Location: Dilly Deli
Aroma: Sour cherry, prune juice, hint of vinegar and chocolate.
Appearance: Deep mahogany color (brown with reddish hues) with a diminishing beige head. The remaining crown is frothy.
Flavor: Initially it has a deep caramel flavor. Actually, maybe a better way to describe it would be more like the way toffee once tasted (brown sugar/soy sauce). After the initial maltiness, the flavor moves to a sour cherry/fruit middle. There is some mild cardboard flavor in the finish along with a hint of hop bitterness.
Palate: Medium body with a soft and smooth texture.
Overall: Moderately sweet with some tang to it. Quite a unique and somewhat complex beer.

Translucent dark brown with a diminishing tan head with little lace. Smells great--almost bock-y with a molasses edge. I'm wondering if this is bottom fermented. Highly carbonated and somewhat light bodied with a little bit of bite. Sweetly earthy. Slightly bitter, slightly sticky finish with a slight alcoholic edge.

Dark brown/red body, tall white head. Nose is malt, nut and alcohol. Flavors are roasted malt and hay with a watery aftertaste. A quite weak beer.

Bottle sampled with Stegosaurus. Pours dark with a beige head. Aroma of citrus, fruit, and sweetness. Flavor is citrus, carbonated, yeast, bitter, just an ok beer, very dissapointing.
