Aroma: herb, clove, medicine; Appearance: clear gold, vanishing foamy head; Taste: medium sweetness, slight sourness, medium bitterness; Palate: fizzy carbonation, abrupt finish, medium body, slick texture Alcoholic warmth, slightly refreshing. A lot less yeast than in its Belgium counterparts.

Aromat raczej słaby. Piwo mocno nagazowane, CO2 szczypie w język. W smaku niemal identyczne do wersji zwykłej. Ciekawe słodowy aromat oraz wspomniane spore nagazowanie całkiem nieźle przykrywa większą dawkę alkoholu.

Aroma of sweet malt, sugar, dried fruity notes, spicy yeast. Flavour is sugary sweet, on the cloying side. Not for me.

Bottle at Shane’s house, thanks to SC, 19/12/14. Clear golden orange with a decent off white covering that retains well. Nose is biscuit, light soapy notes, caramel, spice, dark fruit rinds. Taste comprises caramel, biscuit, straw, bready notes, lihgt spice, fruit peel. Medium + body, fine carbonation, light booze in the close. So so.
