3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Sweetish belgian aroma, too sweet for tripel. Darker too, more an amber. Clear. Thin simple and clean, but a bit sweet. A very simple, but perfectly adequate strong pale belgian beer. Caramel is quite yummy for me in the finish. Anna is not so endeared, 2.9 to 3.0. I had just bumped the overall to 13 after a yummy mouthful. But I am not swayed - hedonistically, I like it.

Ch’ti triple. The North French beers are well worth drinking. You notice that this area clearly correlates with the neighbouring Belgium. This golden beer with a flowery hop taste is an example of this and certainly good to drink.

3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Very clear, yellow golden body with quickly disintegrating off white head. Simple malts, white bread, bit of spice, sugary malts. No hop whatsoever. Light bitter, crisp and clean yet yeasty aftertaste. Light spice completes this. Simple tripel, not much to it.

Bottle 33cl, a copper beer with good head and medium carbonation. Nose is grainy with light spice background. Aroma is on carmel and toasted notes, floral hops with grassy touch, toffee, unusual triple beer more like a "piere du printemps", easy drinkable lot of floral hops, caramel, nice.
