Hazy pale golden color, small white head. Sour, sweety bun aroma, like in unclean tap, some citrus and malts in the background. Carbonated mouthfeel, quite thin body. Lemon, orange, faint yeast and honey notes. Plain but somehow interesting organic beer.

Clear orange with virtually no head. Aroma is mild sweet, spicy, herbal. Taste is lightly spiced, some honey, some herbal, finishing mildly herbal bitter. Light body. Unimpressive, but not bad.

Bottle 33cl. A yellow clear beer. Smell is very bitter and sour. Aroma is very bitter and spicy, smell is lager like, even burnt notes at the finish. There is a huge bitterness there, from dry hoping, infection, notes of solvent. Quite bad.

Bottle. Light blonde color, clear, low, fine, foamy head.
Sweet,malty, buttery aroma, fruits, esp. citrus, honey. A rather unpleasant aroma, weird, with malt vinegar and sweat.
Sweet, malty aroma, estery fruit, a touch of orange, honey. There is a good bit of bitter hop and a slight sour tang in the finish. Should be colder…not very good..

Bottled, 650ml. Hazed gold with light head. After the Cuvee de Noel, this was pretty bland. Herby, flowery hop with a thin malt body, some carbonation and a slight papery note. Not too much to recommend it.

UPDATED: JUN 17, 2006 (Bottled) Hazy, pale yellow color with a medium, mostly vanishing head. Mild, slightly sour, sweetish-malty aroma with lots of honey. Grassy-honeyish, slightly sweet-sour and lemony flavor with no hops or finish. Light-bodied, quite carbonated, slicky palate. A plain and dull, but very easily drinkable and somewhat refreshing blond ale.
