Aroma straight clean malty nose. Very light on hop. Simplistic.
Appearance pours as straight golden brew. Clear with medium plus white top. Some lace noted.3+
Flavor and Palate : Medium bodied. Fairly clean malt oriented lager. Mid noted by mineral follow with slight hop notes. Good malt backing , properly brewed. Refreshing session pale.

Bottle. Aroma is that of any less expensive American Lagers. Busch, Keystone, PBR. Has the same yellow color as these types of beer. OK flavor. Nice head and lace. Would be a good pitcher type beer with pizza.

Stefano (1711) - Esbjerg, DENMARK - MAR 14, 2011
Golden colour with a medium white head. Sweet aroma of mainly malts and corn. Flavor is fairly bland but easily drinkable for a summer quaffer, thin body and a touch sweet on the finish.

33 cl bottle, Sheffield, UK. Medium gold, soapy hop aroma. Better flavour than expected, some grassy herbalness with sweet undertones. Peppery and not much else on the finish.

Bottle again with amazing thanks to jtclockwork. Clear golden pour with a small white head. Huge corn aroma with a hint of sugar. Sweet corny flavor with some malt and sugar, with a big dash of metal and blech. Blech.

crossovert (2780) - Wisconsin, USA - FEB 22, 2011
UPDATED: JUN 24, 2011 11.2 oz green bottle, best before 08.20.10. 9.99 for a case. Pours a pale gold with a bright white head that quickly dissipates, an average looking euro pale. No skunk in the nose despite the green bottle which is nice. It is a fresh bottle. The smell of the beer itself is rather thin though with some light pale malt scent. The flavor is again malty with only a kiss of hops, it isn’t bad for a euro pale, very light but with a hint of caramel and hops. It is an easy drinker, less offensive than Peroni if you are looking for Italian light lager. Serving type: bottle Reviewed on: 03-03-2010 00:51:37

inbirraveritas (785) - Budapest, HUNGARY - FEB 16, 2011
Bottle as „Birra Castello Premium” tasted on the 13th of February in Bergamo. Straw yellow pour with a small head, which disappeared quickly. Sweet, light fruity nose. Carbonated start with a thin mouthfeel escorted by a sweet-sour, green apple-liked aroma and finishes abrupt with a sweetish-sour and moderate spicy taste. A weak thirstquencher…

Bottle from Whip-In. Yellow pour with a white head. Aroma is old grain and gross. Taste is sour, more old grains, and some metal.

Bottle courtesy Fratto. This beer is very clear. Colored a light, light yellow color. Some head that dissipates quickly. Aroma is still fairly bad. Metallic and some dirty grains. There is almost a hint of skunk in this. Flavor is soured pilsner grains and nasty afterbirth. Ugh this is rough and tastes of sweaty Italians.
