Small brown bottle. Copper body with a minimal head. Light toast and nuttiness in the aroma. Taste is too watery for a Dunkler Bock. This is similar to something that youd get when you added water to a real Dunkler Bock. Its a toasty Vienna at best. However, it would probably be a nice find in a random Italian store that otherwise sells only pale lagers.

Enjoyed this in Sicily, this "red lager" is an amber bock-ish lager that features an interesting hazelnut and fruit accent to an otherwise average caramel malt flavor profile. Appearance accordingly is a red-amber color. Aroma is mostly caramel malt, not much hoppiness on the nose or in the taste, again almost a hazelnut/chocolate caramel maltiness. Slight tinge of booze and of industrialism, but not an issue. Overall, a unique and affordable lager beer that packs both a solid ABV and a solid flavor, recommended.

Bottle. Dark amber, very clear, a small head which leaves lacing. Dark fruity, malty aroma. Malty, raisiny taste, chocolate hints, plenty of carbonation. Quite nice.

Bottle; unfortunately I bought this from a street vendor in Venice and did not get a cup or glass and had to drink out of the bottle; aroma is malty; taste is somewhat sweet with malt and some caramel; finish was bitter; if I try again in a glass I will update my rating.

Bottiglia, colore ambrato con una schiuma poco persistente, aroma di malto e zucchero, il sapore molto semplice e amaro, corpo medio e leggera carbonazione.

This beer has no redeeming qualities. An average colour- red with a thick white head. No aroma to speak of- smell the alcohol though. Tastes like alcohol. Reasonably well carbonated with a watery mouth. Never again.

Intense aroma of caramel with hints of dried fruit. Medium foam which is compact, not persistent though. Absolutely crystal clear amber color. Sweet taste, delicate and round on the palate with just a little acidic tip . A very decent beer for a really convenient price.

Bottled 330ml from Tallinn. Deep clear amber color, quickly vanishing head. Grainy, a bit burnt sugar in the nose. Medium-bodied. Harsh grainy, malty with caramel and alcohol. A bit similar to Baltic dark/amber lagers.
