COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Long ago when cliffs were called castles and between them was a reef that meant danger, is a pale ale with great hop flavor and target gravity of 6%, making it dangerously good and a true Castle Danger Ale.

Autumn Brew Review 2011. Copper color with a medium head. Floral hop aroma. Floral flavor with a strong caramel backing. Moderately bitter. Medium mouthfeel.

Pour on tap at Winterfest 2012, pour was clear orange with white head, aroma brought notes of slight grass and some soapy hops, hints of citrus go into a grainy slightly sweet cracker malt. Taste is pretty bland with notes of slight grass, hints of citrus go into slight caramel and biscuit notes, finishing fairly dry, very fizzy on the palate.

Sampled at Winterfest 2012. This was my first of the 3 brews they offered on Friday night. Poured amber in color with a soapy quick off white head. Aroma was faint, but showed notes of caramel malt and had a subtle hop bitterness. Taste was much the same with caramel malt some grapefruit hops and finishes slightly metallic. Palate was medium chalky and dry.
