pretty good lager out of South Africa. Nice appearance and a passable amount of good aroma. Nice finish but still feel like it could use something more. still worth a try

33cl bottle. Golden with slight bubbles and not much head which disappears fairly quickly. The nose has faint pale malt. The taste is more malt, quite sweet actually. The palate is fine - light to medium but refreshing. Overall, not a world-beater but very sessionable.

Thanks to travlr for sharing this. Consumed in a SAVOR snifter. Pour yields a very light-colored brew without any head or lacing. The nose is approaching awful, with some creamed corn, canned vegetables, and quite a bit of metal. The taste is even worse; the beer was quite hard to swallow. Slightly-rotten vegetables along with loads of aluminum. Pretty gross. Really thin with a metallic finish. Serving type: can Reviewed on: 03-28-2011

10 April 2011, bottle. Really pale yellow, clear, steady bubbles. Nose is at first a bit of a sharply bitter lager, then turns into a slightly sweet one. reminds me of budweiser. thin body and fizzy as you would expect. maybe a tad creamy. has a great body for a lager but it honestly tastes like nothing. there is some slight bitterness but the finish is so short and there is really nothing or no time to analyze this. refreshing though

The beer in the glass has a golden yellow color and was filtered seemingly to infinity. The amount of fome is fine, infinitely great and keeps for ages. This was probably helped chemically. The beer smells sweet, hoppy, slightly artificial and metallic. It starts hopped mild, sweet again with a slightly artificial note. In the aftertaste is much more artificial and has a strictly metallic taste. The middle-part is a little better. The artificially flavor goes back a bit, but it remains an unpleasantly sweet note. Boring common lagerbeer...

Clear golden with a big white head. Aroma is malty and hoppy. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Sweet finish. Watery and a bit thin bodied. 240211

30cl bottle from a South-African colleague. An uninspiring lager. Probably would be ok on a hot day

Bottled at Allstars cafe, Bratislava. Color golden with small white head. Aroma, strongly malty. Taste pretty the same with light roasted coffee hints. Crap.

Sure looks good with the pour! Which is a huge, foamy, frothy, sudsy, billowy, white with lots of lace. Color is a clear yellow gold with several small bubble trails. Aroma is a scant scent of bitter hop. Flavor is a mild corn beer with slight bitter sweetness and a hint metalic. Body is ok and so is carbonation. Finish is like flavor and over quick. Best thing about this beer is having it in South Africa!
