Bottle @ SAf restaurant Tjing Tjing. Dark golden colour, white head. Smell of malts/grains. Taste is nutty, sweet, malts. Rather thin body.

Caimed to be the most popular beer in South Africa. Thin/weak flavor, with prominent corn. Yet another pale lager, and not a particularly good one.

[1207-20080317] 450mL can. Corn field and sandy beach aroma. Clear, yellow body with a big medium-lasting foamy white head and nice lacing. Gentle corn stacks and mild grains flavour. Light body is watery. Bland but probably better with spicy food.

33 cL bottle. Pours clear and yellow with a fully diminished white head. Light cornish aroma. Flavour is medium dry lending towards a dry hoppy note. Mild cardboard in addition. Light acidic touch into the finish.

Initial hop notes but falls flat quickly. I strangely enjoyed this beer although i know its not much. Still better than most domestics.
