Feb 8, 2003 A golden beer with a nice head - though fast disappearing. The aroma is fresh and dominated by hops but also with malt notes. The taste is primarily refreshing - with a nice malt sweetness and a slight bitterness - a well balanced beer and great for a lager.

Jan 9, 2006 (Bottle 33 cl) Pilsener golden with a fine, white head. Fruity, hoppy aroma. Decent body with notes of malt and some brewing cereal. Very hoppy finish. Actually a fairly decent lager. 090106

May 12, 2008 33 cL bottle. Pours clear and yellow with a fully diminished white head. Light cornish aroma. Flavour is medium dry lending towards a dry hoppy note. Mild cardboard in addition. Light acidic touch into the finish.

Feb 19, 2005 Can. Light yellow colour with white head. Aroma has a hint of sour rag. Flavour is not too bad, some residual sugar. Low carbonation for a pilsner, which I consider a plus. Aftertaste has a little bitterness.

Feb 18, 2007 Bottled. Golden colour, small white head. Malts and slight hops in aroma. Flavour is sweetish malts along with hoppyness. Some metal in the flavour also, especially when it gets warmer the erraneous flavours are there.

Nov 22, 2000 Man, they must grow an awful lot of corn in South Africa because they certainly didn’t spare any in this beer.
