From a can. Grainy, sour aroma. Flavour not much better, weak malt and some light hop bitterness. Thin bodied, watery and fizzy finish.

a level down from the other two pilsner i had tonight, but on par with most macros and quite befitting of its mother company, sabmiller. clear golden with white head, it is not too bad, but not crispy and hoppy enough for a lager.

Canned sample. Straw gold in colour with high carbonation. Aromas are of sweet pale malt, and a little bit of herbal German noble hop. The flavors are of very lightly toasted grains, minerals, Golden Deliscious applem and a bit of cherry pit. Watery body. Overall, it tastes like a low end European macro pils, but at least it finishes fairly clean and didn’t taste like corn.

Tasted from the bottle. Poured a brilliant pale gold body with a short interlude of foam. Aroma of grain husks and sweet caramelised sugars. Seemed quite sweet throughout, similar to aroma, with a slight carbonic bite upfront, lemon and pepper sides, and a mild, bitter and crisp swallow. Just another Lager, Really, but it was very clean. (’+’ for being free from Diacetyl, DMS, & skunkiness), and equally refreshing. Though bog standard, still a decent sweet, crisp beer, ...but not for me!!!
