On draught at the brewery, pours a dense gold color with a medium body and nice early hops flavor and bitterness. Lasting white lace. Even dry/sweet flavor balance with a creamy mouthfeel and underlying hop bitterness. Slightly dry malty flavor. Nice job.

On tap at the microbrewery tap. Clear golden, rich creamy offwhite head. Malty and grassy, sufficiently bitter. Some dishwater flavours. Hard on the tongue. A challenge to finish.

tap at the brewpub - Pours mostly clear gold with a one finger white head that laces a bit. It has a light, bready malt aroma with some mild hops. The mild flavor has a good balance of malts and decently crisp hops. It’s light bodied and overall a decent session choice.

On tap at the brewpub. Slightly hazy, straw colored pour with a large pillow of well sustaining white foam. Clean, herbal hop notes accompany a gentle bready malt nose. Medium light bodied, crisply carbonated mouthfeel. Simple, but everything is clean and balanced. Bready malt base with a light, but balancing herbal hop finish. Some restrained, sulphury lager yeast notes come out near the finish. Moderately dry finish with some chalky texture. Could be a few points lower, but everything else is rock solid.

Stopped here last night with my bud Robert while in Seoul. Had this on tap. Nose of grain and grassy clover. The brew is a clear golden. The creamy white head is mostly lasting with light lace. The very fresh and floral flavor has moderate acidity with a toasty bitter finish. Light body that is creamy and lively, the finish feels crisp.
