Cask Stillage at the Memorial Hall, Northwich 22/09/2006 Some sour fruit aroma. Amber coloured and slightly rich on the palate with a little sour fruit flavour. Lasting dry malt finish.

Cask/gravity at Ipswich beer festival 24 Sep 2006. Golden coloured. A small head. Hoppy and fruity aroma. A rich flavour of chocolate and fruit. Pleasant sweet bitter finish.
