Bottle at home with friends in London. Pours a mostly clear yellow with a small, white foam head. Rich doughy malt nose, some hay. Medium sweet flavor with sugary dough, light lemon, mellow alcohol, white sugar. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Moderately sweet to finish with basic, doughy malts, white sugar, light herbal hops, hints of vegetables, straw. Very simple but generally OK beer.

50cl bottle @ home shared by Joes. Clear yellow/golden color, small white head that diminishes almost instantly. Smell fruityness and some hops. Taste is about the same: fruity and hoppy. Pretty nice. Medium fizzy carbo, medium body.

Bottled 06/10/12. A bright yellowy orange coloured beer with a whitish head. A lemony hoppy nose with a floral element. Soapy and citrussy fruity in the mouth. A marmalade note. Decent enough.

UPDATED: MAR 21, 2011 Bottle from Fosse Asda. Pale gold with an airy, Persil-white foam. Bright, wine gummy aroma with some gooseberry, a light shaving of grapefruit zest. Good clean balanced beer with a sprinkle of pale green Sauvignon fruitiness, lime, chocolate (despite the paleness), good husky malt interest. Reminds me of those cheap boiled sweets with a crunchy lime carapice and...surprising chocolate interior. Yeah, them. Better than the Best Beer in Britain.

Bottle courtesy of Tesco poured into an English pint glass. I love this beer and it's grown on me over time and is in danger of becoming my standard summer beer! It reminds me of Duvel, but without the alcohol. It has a slightly bitter, floral and citrus taste. It's pleasant but not overpowering. Lovely lingering palate that positively begs you to hold onto your glass rather than putting it down. Serve cool but not cold. We don't want to kill all those lovely flavours do we? ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle from Asda: golden colour with a long lasting cream head. Citrus aroma, and a refreshing zesty grapefruit taste with a sweet finish. An excellent blonde.

Bottle, once in England, a year later in Germany. It pours out in a very light cloudy golden-yellow colour with low head and medium body. Nose of hops and citrus. Taste of fresh hops, grapefruit, citrus fruits, grass, straw and spices. Big hints of herbs. The bitterness is well balanced and it is easy and nice to drink. Enjoyed it a lot.

UPDATED: SEP 2, 2013 Bottle shared with McTapps. Second try a year after the first one. Well, what a wonderful beer ! Hops all the way from start to end. Quite dry but very decent in drinkability. Refreshing with a little bit of citrus fruits in the end. Beside it this one could be a great start for an evening full of beer adventures. Thumbs up !

Terribly weak looking, but its hopped aroma and slightly hopped flavours make up for this.
