2.8 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Malt biscuit aroma. Dark mahogony, thin cream top. Hints of prune and caramel. Viscous on the palate but pleasing on the lower edge. C R’s best malty bitter. Their strength lies with pale hoppy ales. I have to assume it won’t taste better than at their own tap house.
