Cask in Blackfriars. Aroma is primarily pale malts, but theres a hint of chocolate malt too thpough the colour is quite pale, very noteable grassy bittering hop. Taste is similar, on the bitter side of balance. Iv just read the other rating of this beer and to say this beer is a mild is a load of pish, its golden in colour and noteably bitter with hops very very clear.

Cask at the Newshouse, Nottingham. Ratty is a light brown mild ale with a very smooth palate and and earthy, almost mushroom-like flavour. Like most of Castle Rock’s monthly "Natural Selection" beers, I wish it were more widely available for longer.
