Gravicask (Cambridge Winter Ale Festival 2010)
Fruity aroma, lots of hops here. Cupric look, beautiful conditioning. This was my absolute favourite beer to serve of the festival as the carbonation was simply beautiful to behold. For a non-dark beer, this gets a very rare 5. Taste packed full of citrussy and grapefruity hops. Very good bitter. Slight peachy finish. This is how hops should be used, everything in great balance, and not trying to be a big beer.

Cask (gravity dispense). Beer #10 at Cambridge Winter Beer Festival on 21 January 2011. Dark amber colour. Beautiful condition. Big fruity aroma. More berry fruit on the palate with firm, earthy underlying hops. Not too jammy. Full, fairly rich, mouthfeel. A very satisfying and flavoursome strong bitter.
