Cask (gravity dispense). Beer #28 at Cambridge Winter Beer Festival on 21 January 2011. Gold in colour with a slight haze. Clean, with some citrus. A decent enough, easy-drinking golden ale, if nothing particularly out of the ordinary. Judging from previous comments, this may not have been at its best on this occasion.

Gravicask (Cambridge Winter Ale Festival 2011)
Nothing exceptional about this, but certainly a pretty OK pale bitter to have if you’re not after anything too fancy. Aroma hoppy, but not to a silly extent. Light gold. Taste and finish are mostly the hops, as the aroma suggested.

DruncanVeasey (5146) - NUNEATON, Blue Square Prem, Warwickshire, ENGLAND - MAR 17, 2010
Cask, Leicester 2010 (Sat night). Straw with a creamy and persistent white cap. Aroma: fresh-squeezed grapefruit juice and stemmy greenery; flavour has hints of chip batter, cashews, excellent deep husky malts, a trace of smoke, even...all absolutely festooned with grapefruit, passion fruit and lychee. Top drop: DruncanVeasey’s Beer of The Festival, no less.
