Cask Stillage at Nottingham Castle, Nottingham 09/10/2009 Some hop aroma. Amber coloured slightly hoppy and malty with a crisp bitter and earthy finish.

Cask conditioned at The Ostrich, Peterborough. A good hoppy dry best bitter from a brand new brewery. Crisp malt with a biscuity flavour, then a standard hoppy bitterness. Really quite reasonable.
