Murky medium orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheat, moderate to heavy yeasty, fruity, light banana, light rubber - smoke. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is creamy, carbonation is soft. [20100715]

(draught at the brewpub) Hazy amber colour with a medium-sized frothy eggshell-coloured head. Dusty and quite shy wheaty aroma with restrained fruity notes, also slightly tart and clovy. Bitter and sour flavour, light to medium body with a smooth carbonation for a Weizen. Slightly soapy and wheaty taste with a tart fruity note; dry, bitter and short finish. Not very exciting and a bit unclean.
