On tap at the brewpub: Hazy, golden coloured, yellowish foamy head; faint sweetish nose with a tinge of bitterness; distinctive bitter flavour, fizzy mouthfeel; longer, quite spicy bitter-sweet finish. More aromatic than their quite boring Pils.

1000ml bottle (One Pint Pub, Helsinki, Kölsch days 2010)
Hazy rich yellow, tiny head. Lovely bready aroma. Soft palate, bready and a little sweet, but also with some herby and spicy retronasals. Spice comes out in the taste, it’s even gingery, and has lovely fresh noble hops. Some hint of pencil sharpenings occasionally. Dry bitter finish, a bit of a tingle. But also some milkiness - good full flavoured and tasty, but also refreshing. Win!

MoritzF (7342) - Bochum, GERMANY - OCT 25, 2005
(1000ml swing top bottle) Hazy yellow colour with a thick and sticky foamy, slightly yellow head. This one tastes like a lighter version of their seasonal Wiesen. Sweet maltiness combined with low hoppiness and a dense fruity tone.
