COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Catamount Amber’s color and rich, full-bodied flavor are the product of North American six-row and crystal malted barley milled at our White River Junction Brewery. The pronounced hop character comes from a blend of fresh Galena and Willamettes hops. Pure Vermont water and our select strain of top fermenting yeast complete the list of all-natural ingredients.

I was cleaning out some files as part of my year-end cleaning and came across some old vacation papers. What do I find but an old review I wrote of this beer. Consumed August, 1988. From my notes: "The color is kind of orange brown with a decent off-white head. It smells kind of malty with some citrus and pine hops. It tastes pretty much the same." I do have to say, if nothing else, my writing has certainly improved! Oh, and believe it or not, I still have the bottle!
