A hazed orange amber saison with a thin white head. In aroma, smoooth spiced malt with orange peels, papaya, very sexxxy! In mouth, a nice light saison with light fruity esters, bananas, clovers, milky and smooth. On tap at Knoxville Brewer’s Jam, Oct. 22 2011.

Sample at Knoxville Brewers’ Jam. Pours orange gold with off white head. The aroma is slight sweet caramel and some toast with lemon and coriander. The flavor is slightly sweet with an unexpected caramel note, some toast, and a mild spiciness. Dryish finish.

Hazed orange pour with frothy white head and lace. Sour maltiness, light fruitiness, and yeastiness. Spiced breadiness and yeasty. Thin but pretty clean. Pretty plain but very drinkable.

You can tell it’s sexy because it has 2 extra x’s right there in the title. Look! Look at it! Anyway, This is a nicely fruity (melon and pear) saison, with a crisp, dry finish. I thought it was not bad. I don’t know that I’d cal it sexy (or sexxy. or sexxxy) but it was enjoyable.

Pint from draft at Growler’s Pourhouse. Pours a cloudy orange. The nose is quite sweet with lots of esters like banana and clove. This is one of those that gets real sticky real quick. The finish is very clovey. Lots of banana and apple flavor.

Draft out of the US National Whitewater Center’s "River’s Edge Bar and Grill". cloudy orange pour with thick cream-colored head. Nose of mixed hops and an abundance of malts. Taste much the same with sweet malts and heavy spices. A bit of citrus made for a bitter finish. A well made brew good for an evening outside.
