2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Tasted on 8/8/12 from a 12oz can purchased at Bruisin’ Ales. Pours golden/orange with an average, billowy white head that slowly recedes to rocky lace. The nose is spicy yeast with a touch of bread malt, plenty of coriander, and a bit of a vegetal aroma, and just a touch of caramel. The flavor is lightly creamy with some spicy, caramelized orange peel, coriander, and just a touch of caramel malt. The body is light with average carbonation and a long, spicy, slightly vegetal and caramelized orange peel finish.

2.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Pretty standard as far as these wits go. The spices were overdone, with a bit too much orange peel in particular. Picked up in Asheville in 2015.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
12 oz. can. Poured hazy yellow with skim of whitish head. Flavor is bread, mild lemon, yeast, bread, orange peel. Some slight tartness present. Would be refreshing in high temps.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
A Belgian Wit brewed to style. This one is light and refreshing. Coriander is in the forefront with the orange peel taking a back seat. A nice wheat cracker malt is the dominant flavor. Light fruity but not sweet. A good hot weather "I need a beer" quencher. A slight bit of vegetal notes in the aroma seem off. Nice that it is available in a can, so highly portable, road beer style.

4.2 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Poured from a 12 OZ can into a pint glass.
Aroma- Malt, wheat and maybe coriander. Nice aroma.
Appearance- A pale yellow color with a small white head.
Taste- The wheat and citrus is present along with (?) coriander
Palate- This is a light bodied beer with moderate carbonation. It has a flavor and texture made for the warmer months.
Overall- A pretty good Witbier that I recommend and i would drink again.

3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Can. Golden w white head. Mild typical wheat aroma. Can't smell or really taste the coriander or orange. Perhaps just a hint of both on the back of the tongue. Slight wet sock taste. Ok but not amazing.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Location: Draft at the brewery, 1/1/15
Aroma: This one has a fairly light spice, wheat, and yeast aroma, mild citrus
Appearance: It pours a clear yellow color, with a small white head, and spotty lace
Flavor: The flavor is similar to the nose, spice, wheat, yeast, a little more character than the nose
Palate: This one has a clean feel and average carbonation, and it is pretty easy drinking
I thought this was a decent wit. Nothing amazing here, but you could do worse than to sip on a few of these.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Can. Light cloudy, gold color with a nice head. It was suppose to have the aroma and flavors of a Belgian Wit beer but it was sorely lacking.
