Tasted on 8/8/12 from a 12oz can purchased at Bruisin’ Ales. Pours golden/orange with an average, billowy white head that slowly recedes to rocky lace. The nose is spicy yeast with a touch of bread malt, plenty of coriander, and a bit of a vegetal aroma, and just a touch of caramel. The flavor is lightly creamy with some spicy, caramelized orange peel, coriander, and just a touch of caramel malt. The body is light with average carbonation and a long, spicy, slightly vegetal and caramelized orange peel finish.

Bottle pour of a slightly hazy bright yellow with a nice white head. Aroma of barnyard hay. Taste of wheat with spice and a alight citrus clean end. Light lively body that have a lot of carbonation that plays perfectly with the spice of the beer with a clean and short finish. Over all a great, light an easy sipping beer that is perfect for all occasions but especially after hitting the river on a hot day. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Sample @ Catawba during RBWG, Asheville. Gold pour with a small white head. Slight spice rack, earthy hops. Sugar cookie and summer fruits. The taste has a mellow wheaty element to it. Light citrus spritz and perfume hop accents. Light and crisp. Soft carbonation. Very nice.

Can brought back from NC. Pours a cloudy yellow with lots of white head. Aroma is wheaty, a bit citrusy, Taste is very light. Taste almost like watered down orange juice with some wheat. Don’t get any Belgium yeast characteristics, but very drinkable. Could pound these all day.

Refrigerated 12oz. aluminum can, can says 5.1% ABV, poured into a weizen glass. Pours slightly hazy pale golden with little head which dissipates fast. Aroma is nice coriander, medium body, low carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is coriander, esters, some background bitterness, and some orange peel. Has good richness, more carbonation might bump this up a couple spots. Like to try this again.

Pours a nice hazy golden with a decent white head. Wheaty aroma has good yeasty and citrus tones adding power and appeal. Flavor is wheaty and strong, with citrus and yeast notes plus more than a hint of hops. Texture is fairly fizzy and quite firm for a wit. Get your undead on!

12 oz. can. Pours light, hazy yellow, with a small, off-white head. Distinct aroma of bitter orange peels, cloves, bready yeast, and some noble hops. Sweet, with a mild bitterness through the finish. Light to medium body, sticky, and a little syrupy. Overall, this is a nice witbier; the aroma is a little strong, and the flavor is a little bitter. Still, a nice, drinkable beer.

Draft at the brewery during RBWG 2014 - Asheville. Pours clearish yellow with a creamy, white head. The nose is all wheat, simple yeast and cardamon. Light sweet flavor with straight-ahead wheat bread, a bit of wort. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Sweet to finish with light bitter hay, some doughy wheat bread. OK stuff.

Had a taste on tap at Wayside. Probably should not write review from just a taste, and will walk down to brewery one of these days for a flight, but just not for me this one. Pretty light on the palate and pours pale golden. Not much there flavor wise for me good or bad. KInd of have nothing to say about this one- which is totally out of character. Will give it one more chance.

Can: pours a bright, hazy, yellow with a bright, tight, foamy white head. Aromas are pepper, fruit, bright lemony citrus. The taste is "summery"... Spicy and citrusy. Tasty!
