Pours cloudy hazy brown out of the bomber (with another great He'Brew label). Interesting flavor - Belgian yeast has a stronger impact than the hops on my palate. And there's a "pop" I'm getting on the back of my tongue. Quite interesting.

Wonderful rich brew this specific bottle tasted strong of molasses but still resounding with excellent hoppy goodness. A delicious brew for those that love good beer.

Bomber. Belgian yeast and rye male aroma with notes of hops. Pours copper colored with a thin white head and decent lacing. Starts with candy sugar and Belgian yeast flavors with a hint of citrus. Finishes with a strong rye malt flavor with a dry hop bite at the end. Interesting, well rounded brew.

Bomber. Looks solid; a semi-transparent orangish brown with light beige lacing. Smells solid too; a fairly bitter hop profile with rye spice and a medium-bodied pale malt backbone. Tastes like it smells with a nice rye tingle. Enjoyable.

22 oz. bottle. Pours a hazy amber with a moderate yellow-white head that lasted until mid-glass and left considerable lace. Pleasant aroma of fruity Belgian yeast, rye grain, and orange. The flavor is similar but it doesn’t quite come together. Its more of a mish-mosh of flavors that don’t coalesce. Mild-moderate bitterness at the finish. A bit boozy at the finish as well. So so.

Aroma is overall pretty subtle. Some grassy and carbonation can be picked up. The taste really has kick. You get tastes of fruitiness and belgian sugar. The finish has a liquor bite and grassy bitterness. Body is a clear amber with lace head that retains very well.

I quite enjoyed this brew actually. It doesn’t have the bright ruby appearance of the RIPA but has a more clarified and densely packed head. The nose is well hopped with big juicy citrus notes and light esters. Light caramel and toasted bread malts work well with the heavy handed hops in the middle. Nice juicy resin and grapefruit flavours on the finish with solid bitterness. Not very balanced. Overall a good brew.

Sample at the de la gare with fr. Thin white head. Clear amber pour. . Quite nice
