UPDATED: DEC 29, 2013 A strong yeast aroma with a slight citrus end. A thick golden lemon color with a short bitter after taste on the outside of the tounge with a sweetness in the middle. Semi thick on the palate with an acidic aftertaste.an overall satisfactory taste but nothing exceptional.

Aroma is wheat, citrus/lemon zest and a hint of grit. The flavor is citrus/lemon zest, wheat, lime and a tangy/slightly sour finish.

Nice refreshing zesty flavor that’s yeasty with citrus and hints of spices. Thin body, easy-drinking.

EtTuCthulhu (1029) - Columbia, Missouri, USA - APR 17, 2013
The color of this beer is hazy golden with a very small white head, and the aroma is mostly comprised of wheat with a slight citrus undertone. The taste is mildly sour and slightly sweet, and the palate combines a soft carbonation, medium body, thick texture, and a long finish.

Scrapersnbeer (1467) - Boston, Massachusetts, USA - APR 15, 2013
Usual wheat aroma, not getting much spice. Looks orange and not cloudy, much more like a standard blond ale than a wit. Tangy citrus flavor, mild sweet spice. Body is zesty while flush and not dry. Tends more towards what is sometimes called BPA, so not the best example of a wit.

Bottle. Pours a golden orange color with white head. Yeasty, spicy, malty, citrus aromas. Malty, yeasty, orange flavors. Slight metallic taste. Not bad, but not too great.

Bottle:   Straw, hazy, and not pale in color, small sudsy white head, little lacing.   Could stand to be lighter/whiter.   Wheaty nose, slightly mealy, not getting much if any in terms of spices.   Smells like a standard American Wheat.   Mealy on the tongue, also a bit wheaty, but void of any tunnel that guides you to something spicy.   Even as a plain ol American Wheat its lacking a bit of fortitude.   Body and mouthfeel are average.   Boring finish, a bit mealy and wheaty.   This one was simply void of anything Wit like.   Very very very pedestrian and boring.   Not bad, but lacking for what it should be for the style. <p.

Pouring at Belgian Beer Fest. Pours a hazed gold with a thin white head. Soft musk, light wheat. Medium bodied, heavy carbonation. Chewy wheat, but then it empties out. Musk, soft coriander, wheat, long musky bitterness.
