Picked out what I believed to be the wisest looking gentleman from the brewery and requested that he pour me his favourite. To my delight, he poured the ambree. Beer notes are beyond illegible, but luckily memory serves well. Orange in colour with small white head. Hoppy nose with hints of citrus and spice. Sweet-ish taste of red berries with a spicy edge. Slightly bitter finish of walnuts. Kind of syrupy - my only real gripe. Overall great beer. voota (761), Melbourne, Australia
