33cl. Orange to dark yellowish colour. Very fine white regular head that sticks to the glas when drinking. Sweet-acidic scent. Quite acid start followed by an alcohol sweetness. A lot of bubbles on the tongue that keeps prickling in the aftertaste. Would be a very good aperitive beer!

Bottle [330ml] shared with HogTownHarry & garthicus -- c/o HogTownHarry. Pours a hazy orange-gold with a spare diminishing bubbly white head. Aroma: Whoa, lots of alcohol first and foremost, followed by lots of honey and some herbs, it’s also sweet, floral and fruity -- it grows on you, I bumped my score up a point after a few minutes. Slightly watery flavour of, again, lots of alcohol along with some sweet honey, spices and citrus fruit. Medium bodied. Bears some resemblance to Mead. Not bad but too boozy.

Draught at ØLbaren. Clear yellow - white head. Yeasty, apples, fruity, light hoppy, bubblegum, candy, grassy, phenols, herbal, spicy. Plain.

bottle. I planned to crack this open next Christmas, but the bottle was sizzling in my cellar and foam was coming out of the swing top, so I feared there would be too much pressure in it. Precautionary I opened the bottle in the sink, which was a good idea. The beer pours (or rather explodes) a cloudy pale yellow colour with an enormous head. Malty nose with spicy hints. Full-bodied, malty with lots of spicy hops and lots of alcoholic flavours.

Bottle. Evacuates out of the bottle, saved almost all. Looks murky weak brown, with a small off-white head.. Sweet malty aroma, some apricot as well. Taste starts sweet before a alcohol fueled stronger taste takes over, ends with a weak bitter bite.

Bottle opens with a big pooff, pours and hazy gold color with a thick white head. Aroma of malts, very floral and herbal and with some honey. Flavors of malts and yeast, honey, a hint of citrus and pear and some grass note. A good carbonation and a good ballance of sweet and bitterness, dry and spicy finish with a good alcohol feel . A very enjoyalbe well ballanced winter brew.

Shared by HogTownHarry with Blankboy and I. Appearance: Cloudy orange with zero head. Aroma: Meade like - honey, alcohol, pepper and toffee, alcohol, lots of honey in there. Flavour: Yes, a meade, a meade mixed with cheap sake (Harry), bitter, alcoholic, grainy, honey again. Gosh, so alcoholic. My face is warming.

Bottle ( 330ml - swing-top ). Shared with blankboy and garthicus, via trade with glouglouburp. Hazy gold with minimal frothy head. Smells like a mild, herbal mead, or a light sake - "green" and sweet, fairly boozy. Taste - honey, celery and vodka - again, like a cheap sake. Slick, astringent, boozy, fairly flat mouthfeel - leaves a sticky, herbal boozy aftertaste - pretty challenging and a bit harsh.
