beastiefan2k (1457), Lawrence (formely NYC), Kansas, USA Apr 9, 2009 From the other kp in GA. The pop on this bottle is ferocious. It pours with a vigorous head but it fades fast into just a decent head, just bubbly (not foamy). The color is a thick golden with some clarity. Aroma is weird, it’s a mix of beautiful floral yeasitness with a honey and spoiled milk/vomit... yeah like I said, weird. On the bright side it is a sweet, faintly chocolate, nice type of spoiled milk/vomit. Taste is lower on that weird aspect, just an ester and sweet brew. It seems there is a honey gone awry aspect here. Makes it a bit too sweet and a bit too, well, honey, espesically with all the esters. Its fine, yet over-the-top. A lightly thicker feel but enough carbonation to offset it. A long sweet, honey-ish, and cocoa aftertaste. Its rough around the edges, but for a light colored beer I feel this could age a little bit. There is a bit of alcohol heft to it. Later pours give it a much larger head and a thicker, dirtier color.

Aroma and flavour of spice, spice, fruit, yeast and a lot of alcohol. NosirIwont (1032), Aalborg Vestby, Denmark Jan 10, 2009 Bottle. Pours a cloudy yellow/orange with a big off-white head. Bit of lacing. Acidic, sweetish yeast and yoghurt aroma. Spicy notes as it warms. Flavour is tart/yoghurt with yeast notes. Finish is sharp alcohol and yeast. Overall, the whole yoghurt thing is a bit so-so, but it pulls through. 11-01-09. Rune (2404), Tromsø, Norway Jan 2, 2009 330ml swing-top bottle, bb. Oct.09, thanks to Skinnyviking. Hazy golden body under a low, white head. Aroma of dry white wine with a spicy touch. Spiced taste containing late, sweet banana and acid fruits, with underlying candy sweetness. Foamy-alcoholic on the swallow. Short tail, though. Alright, but much of the flavours are pushed into the background by a prominent element of alcohol. [Tromsø, New Years Day 2009]. harrisoni (6125), Ashford, Kent, England Dec 23, 2008 Brugge Festival 2008. Sickly blond beer. Spicy aroma. Bit meaty in mouth.
