The colour is blond opaque with a big head. The aroma has lot of character with notes of quince and lemon. The flavour is pleasant and very interesting with a nice mix of acidity and sweetness. Very long fruity aftertaste. An original and very interesting beer.

Cloudy golden color. Some hop and malt in the aroma, candi sugar. Pretty sweet, malty, equilibrated in all, a background fruity note (banana...). Palate and hop are just right. Dangerous.

Yellow blond colour, small white head. Aroma is malty, some white chocolate. Smouth taste little bit bitter-sweet, yet strong. Finish is alcoholic with sweet hints; some bitterness. Balanced beer, I love this one.

cloudy pale orange colour, big head, cider, vinegar and spicy aroma, heavy and oily, strong alcohol presence, sweet and creamy, lot of carbonation, tart, long deep spicy and nutty finish - quite unusual and complex
